He has responsibility within ezispeak to manage the Technical and Service Operations which includes client support/helpdesk, incident and service issues, crisis management and IT backup systems. He also works on transitioning new clients to Ezispeak and ensuring the smooth operation of internal systems and processes.
Damir comes to the business with extensive experience in Localization and Translations Management.
Prior to joining the business, Damir worked for a state government owned language service provider, managing translations projects which underpinned significant federal and state government contracts.
His area of specialisation include translations management, content and web localization, quality assurance and multilingual graphic design. Damir also supervises day to day service delivery operations ensuring the business meets its operational KPIs and client service levels.

Neena has over 16 years experience as a Financial Accountant having worked at a number of SMEs and blue-chip enterprises including CSL, Robert Bosch, Kip McGrath, Royal Children’s Hospital and Boroondara City Council.
